A curated selection of labels, designed to elegantly accompany each course of our seafood menu. From fresh and fruity bubbles, ideal for starting the meal or enhancing raw fish, to mineral and aromatic whites, perfect with shellfish, soups and baked dishes. The rosés, slender and Mediterranean, accompany grilled dishes and fusions of land and sea, while the light reds bring a pleasant “in red” dimension to more structured dishes.
